Ezekiel 28:8

They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when our rest together is in the dust.

He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.

Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.

I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:

Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit. Whom dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised. They shall fall in the midst of them that are slain by the sword: she is delivered to the sword: draw her and all her multitudes.
